Crab Dip Recipe

Mind you, this isn’t a cooking site (although I do like to cook), it’s just that it’s easier to put recipes up here rather than sending emails all the time. Anyway, this recipe is a favorite because it is very easy to do, the ingredients are either things everyone has or that keep for long periods of time, and I have yet to clean up any left overs any time I’ve served it to people. I got the recipe from my aunt, who got it from who knows where.

Crab Dip

  • 1 Can Crab – usually about 6.5oz.
  • 1 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbs Finely diced onions
  • 1 Tbs Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Horse Radish
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • “dash” Pepper
  • 1 Box Water Crackers

Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Combine everything but the crakers in a bowl, mix until well blended. Place in a small crock or dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until there is a slight hint of brown here and there on top. Remove from the oven, and serve with crackers.
